We work Monday to Friday. Order before 12:00 (London time) on a working day and we start preparing it the same working day. Preparation takes 3 to 5 working days and delivery a further 4 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday), so most orders arrive within 7 to 13 working days from order confirmation. Your estimate is shown at checkout before you pay.

No surprise fees

The price you see is the price you pay on UK orders. UK delivery is free, with nothing added at checkout. Orders to Ireland or Australia may attract import duties or taxes, which are payable by the recipient.

Arrived damaged?

Send us a photo within 30 days. Once we've confirmed the damage, we'll arrange a replacement or refund, with no courier claim on your side.

Plug-in or hardwired

Plug-in pieces are ready to switch on. Anything wired into a ceiling or wall should be fitted by a qualified electrician.

Like-for-like swaps

Replacing an existing pendant or wall light on the same point is usually a straightforward job for your electrician.

Bulbs & dimming

Keep to the maximum wattage stated for each piece, and only dim the pieces marked dimmable.

Can I fit it myself?

Will it work with my dimmer?
Only the pieces marked dimmable are. If you're unsure which dimmer you have, ask us before you fit.
