Three cone bar pendant in iron and wood
Three cones on a straight 60 cm bar, each one in a different finish: white, grey, black. The mismatch is deliberate, and it stops the row looking like a shop display. Wood at the top of each shade takes the hardness off the metal. Cones send their light straight down, which is what you want over a worktop or a breakfast bar and less useful as the only light in the room, so keep a lamp for the corners. The cables adjust over 100 cm to suit the layout, and the fitting takes LED bulbs. It suits a contemporary room without dating the rest of it, and the bar itself is slim enough to read as a line rather than a fixture. Over a dining table it turns the lighting into part of the room instead of something bolted to the ceiling.Specifications
